I received my light 'tent' that I'm going to use for macro photography and photogrammetry. I'm currently using my 70-200mm for these shots, but my 50mm should be arriving any day and will attempt some more.
One thing I have learned though, is that ANY piece of dust is highly visible on that gloss black.

I'm doing everything I can to avoid purchasing a lens solely for macro photography, but I'm sure I will eventually lose the battle.
I really love this type of photography as it shows you a perspective that you're unable to see on your own. Playing with the aperture and focal points can give you almost completely different pictures; while using the same object.
